About Us
Our 2026-2027 collection includes Selfie Roamer, Classic Print Booth, Classic Mirror Booth, 360 Video Booth, Overhead 360 and Mirror Tower X. Each experience is customized around your event. Selfie Roamer is self-serve and digital only, with a basic backdrop and no attendant or physical props. Print booths include up to 4 copies per session with 2 or 3 hours; 4-hour print packages include unlimited printing. Custom 2x6 or 4x6 print designs are included.
ENHANCEMENTS: Unlimited 2x6 or 4x6 printing upgrade for a 2- or 3-hour print booth: $100 (included with 4 hours). Premium floral, shimmer or specialty backdrop: $100. AI / Green-Screen Experience: from $150. Scrapbook Station with keepsake album, duplicate prints and guest messages: $100, with unlimited printing. Video Guest Book: $450.
EVENT SERVICE OPTIONS: Additional coverage is $125/hr for Selfie Roamer, $150/hr for Classic Print, $175/hr for Classic Mirror or 360 Video Booth, and $225/hr for premium two-person experiences (Overhead 360 and Mirror Tower X). Corporate Activation starts at $150 for custom-branded screens, overlays, galleries and optional survey or lead capture. Idle / Early Setup Time starts at $75/hr for venue-required setup well before guest activation begins.
TRAVEL, ACCESS + RESERVATIONS: Local delivery, standard setup and breakdown are included within 20 road miles of West Boylston, Massachusetts. Beyond 20 miles, travel is $1.25 per mile, round trip, calculated only on mileage outside the included radius. Client is responsible for event parking, valet charges and tolls. Venue-access surcharge starts at $100 for stairs, carries over 150 feet or restricted loading/elevator access. Events more than 90 minutes away may require lodging; extended travel is quoted before booking. A 20% retainer and signed agreement reserve the date. Final balance is due 30 days before the event.
